Low speed centrifuge separation technology is a new technology developed according to the state of particles in a practical centrifugal occasion. Particles of different densities, sizes, or shapes settle in centrifugal applications at different speeds, so a generally spherical heterogeneous mixture can be separated by centrifugation.
The benchtop low speed centrifuge is used to further study biochemistry and separate large amounts of substances. For example, cells can be collected, plasma can be separated, DNA and protein molecules can be separated from these pre-purified preparations, and viruses, as well as large scale E.coli, strict cell components, nucleoprotein particles.
