Warranty Period

The product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of shipment. During this period, we will provide free repair and component replacement services for any performance failures caused by manufacturing defects.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Post-Warranty Support

Once the warranty expires, our team will continue to offer technical assistance and genuine component supply. For any component replacements or technical services requested, customers are responsible for the cost of parts and shipping fees.
